C SALARY AND ALLOWANCES
In Wesley University of Science and Technology, Ondo, salaries and allowances are generally comparable with what obtains in Federal, State and Private Universities in the country.
D QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
i) Professor/Associate Professor: Ph.D with at least 10 years post qualification experience in teaching, research and post-graduate supervision with substantial publications and evidence of academic leadership.
ii) Senior Lecturer: Ph.D with at least 7 years post-qualification experience supported with publications.
iii) Lecturer I: Ph.D degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 3 years relevant post qualification and working experience.
iv) Lecturer II: Ph.D or M.Sc with 3 years experience in relevant discipline supported with publications and evidence of commencement of Ph.D programme in a reputable University.
v) Assistant Lecturer: M.Sc in relevant field and evidence of commencement of Ph.D programme in a reputable University.
